Two Gazans wounded last night in new zionist israeli air raids
Two Palestinian citizens at least suffered injuries during Israeli aerial attacks at night Thursday on different areas of the densely-populated Gaza Strip.
Medical sources said that one citizen was injured when an Israeli warplane bombed an empty area of land in Sheikh Radwan district northwest of Gaza city, and the other sustained wounds in an air strike on an alleged site belonging to the armed wing of Hamas near Netzarim area.
Local sources also told the Palestinian information center (PIC) that other air raids targeted an empty piece of land to the east of Al-Shujaiya neighborhood and another area in Beit Lahiya district.
A spokesman for the Israeli army claimed that the aerial attacks were launched in response to the fall of a Palestinian rocket in an Israeli area and held Hamas fully responsible.
A three-year-old girl was killed and 14 civilians sustained injuries in Israeli air raids on Gaza last Tuesday.
