Member of Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Commission Esmaeil Kosari said on Sunday that Iran calls for immediate lifting of all unfair economic sanctions imposed on the country.

In the past one year, many IAEA inspection teams and observers visited Iran’s nuclear sites but found no deviation in the country’s peaceful nuclear programs, he said.

Western nuclear negotiators led by the US should explicitly express their views on lifting of all sanctions and postponement of nuclear talks under any pretext is not acceptable, he said.

The Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has expressed his views to this end and the Iranian nuclear negotiating team should pursue his guidelines, he said.

Good or bad agreement is meaningless, the country’s national interests should be heeded and one-sided talks or agreement is totally out of question, he said.

Both government and nuclear negotiating team should keep in their minds that a bad agreement is not acceptable to the Iranian nation, he said.

He expressed pessimisms about the results of nuclear talks between Iran and G5+1.
