Bomb injures one person in Afghanistan’s Kabul
A magnetic bomb attached to a vehicle carrying a civilian has exploded in the Afghan capital Kabul, injuring at least one person.
Kabul Police Chief Abdulrahman Rahimi said the explosive device was set off near the Alfatah High School in the capital’s 9th police district early on Tuesday.
Rahimi added that the car was destroyed as a result. The Afghan police chief did not give any information about the casualty’s identity.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the explosion, but officials have blamed the Taliban for similar attacks in the past.
