URGENT: Fresh zionist Saudi Air Strikes on Hajjah
The Saudi-led coalition continued its air strikes on several areas across Yemen, and targeted Abas district in Hajjah province on Tuesday as the ceasefire deadline approaches.
Saudi warplanes heavily bombed Abas district in Hajjah province, according to Al-Mayadeen television.
Reports also said the kingdom’s fighter jets have indiscriminately bombed Sa’ada province.
There has yet been no immediate reports on the number of possible casualties.
Saudi Arabia has been striking Yemen for 48 days now to restore power to fugitive president Mansour Hadi, a close ally of Riyadh. The Saudi-led aggression has so far killed at least 3,674 Yemenis, including hundreds of women and children.
Hadi stepped down in January and refused to reconsider the decision despite calls by Ansarullah revolutionaries of the Houthi movement.
Despite Riyadh’s claims that it is bombing the positions of the Ansarullah fighters, Saudi warplanes are flattening residential areas and civilian infrastructures.
On April 21, Saudi Arabia declared end to Yemen airstrikes after weeks of bombings, but airstrikes are still underway.
