Iran preparing to usher in post nuclear talks era: Rouhani

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani says Iran is determined to expand relations with other countries regardless of the fate of the ongoing nuclear talks with the 5+1 group.
According to Press TV, Rouhani said on Wednesday that Tehran is preparing plans to respond to the situation that emerges after the talks with the 5+1 group, saying the Islamic Republic will be prepared to expand its relations with other countries.
Rouhani said prior to his departure for Russia for two major international summits the nuclear negotiations are going through sensitive days and Iran is in fact preparing itself for the post-negotiations and post-sanctions era.
During the two-day visit to Russia, which comes at the official invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Rouhani is scheduled to address the summits of BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) in the city of Ufa.
Rouhani has been invited to the BRICS summit as a special guest, while his presence at the subsequent summit of the SCO comes as an observer member. The organization is awaiting the lifting of sanctions on Iran to accept it as a full-fledged member.
