Iranian President Hassan Rouhani conferred with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan on the expansion of Tehran-Ankara cooperation against regional problems, terrorism in particular.

He further underscored the growing need for mutual interactions to eradicate terrorism, reiterating that Tehran and Ankara should counter the “destabilizing” threat of terrorism.
