Hezbollah deputy: Islamic view, role model for Resistance
Top Hezbollah official stressed Islamic view, liberty and cooperation with all parties in the political arena of Lebanon as the principles for Islamic resistance.
Sheikh Naeem Qassim, deputy of Hezbollah secretary general, hailed the 2006 victory of Hezbollah against the Zionist regime highlighting the Islamic and national example provided by Hezbollah in the battle, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
He said,” The great victory of 2006 battle was not confined to liberation of lands or beating the Zionist regime of Israel but the importance of this victory laid in that, Hezbollah, the group which achieved the success provided an example of Islamic and national resistance.
He added,” The most important points in this battle included, Israel is beaten, Palestinian resistance has risen, regional nations have stood up, the US is forced back, and oppressive regimes are shaken and also resistance has turned more powerful.”
Hezbollah deputy also referred to the efforts of the younger members of Lebanon’s Islamic resistance and said,” Hezbollah youth are a collection of honor, Jihad and liberation of man and their lands and they have revealed the lies by Takfiri terrorists.”
