One of the key commanders of al-Qaeda-affiliated al-Nusra Front was killed in the Syrian Army offensive in Aleppo countryside.

Sources said the Syrian army has killed the leader of al-Nusra Front terrorist group, Egypt-born Abu Suleiman al-Masri, in Aleppo countryside.

During recent weeks, tens of terrorist group’s senior commander have been killed in Syrian-Russian forces’ operations against militant positions across the Arab country.

Intelligence sources announced on Sunday that the Al-Nusra Front Commander in Eastern Ghouta Mohammad Sarha Aka Jarrah and several of his forces were killed in the Syrian army troops’ operations in Marj al-Sultan area in Damascus Countryside.

Meanwhile, a source revealed that the Saudi-born Sanafi al-Nasr, senior al-Qaeda leader and strategist, was killed in an airstrike in Aleppo province in Syria. Al-Nasr along with two other Takfiri terorist group’s members, Saudi Abdul Malik al-Jazrawi and Moroccan Abu Yasir al-Maghrebi, was reportedly killed by an airstrike in Aleppo province.

Clashes also erupted among the terrorists organizations following increased withdrawals of some of the Takfiri groups from their positions across the Syria.

On Friday, three senior commanders of al-Nusra Front were killed in a bomb attack on the group’s meeting in the Northwestern province of Idlib. The local activists identified the warlords as Abu Zubayr Al-Sham, Abu Dujana Al-Ansari and Abu Al-Nasir Al-Jazrawi.
