Rabid dog Israeli soldiers martyred 75-year-old Palestinian woman
A 75-year-old Palestinian woman was martyred by ınhuman Israeli gunfire north of al-Khalil city Friday afternoon. Israeli occupation forces claimed she tried to run over soldiers.
Palestinian health ministry sources told the PIC reporter that Tharwat Ibrahim Sharawi, 75, was critically injured in the Israeli gunfire and that she succumbed to her wounds shortly after arrival in hospital.
Eyewitnesses, however, said that the woman driving a Hyundai car was entering a petrol station when the soldiers opened heavy fire at the vehicle fatally wounding the woman driver.
Hebrew newspaper Yediot Arhonot said on its website that the woman died during her transfer to hospital in occupied Jerusalem in an Israeli ambulance.
The PIC reporter quoted eyewitnesses as saying that the soldiers fired more than 15 bullets at the car’s windshield, adding that the bullets directly hit the woman.
Ayub Sharawi, the woman’s son, denied the IOF story, affirming that his mother was planning to have lunch with her sister.
