5 killed in Tel Aviv, West Bank clashes
At least five people have been killed in occupied Palestinian territories amid escalating tensions between Israelis and Palestinians.
An alleged stabbing attack left two Israelis dead and two others wounded in an office building on Ben Tsavi street in southern Tel Aviv on Thursday.
Israeli Police spokeswoman Luba Samri said a 20-year-old Israeli died at the scene and a second man, aged around 50, died from his wounds after being taken to a hospital.
Meanwhile, a Palestinian suspect, who was injured in Thursday’s incident, was arrested. Israeli police said the suspect was a 24-year-old from the town of Dura, located 11 kilometers (6.8 miles) southwest of the West bank city of al-Khalil (Hebron).
