Bomb-rigged mass grave found in Iraq
Another bomb-rigged mass grave has been found near Sinjar in northern Iraq, following the liberation of the town from the ISIL terrorist group.
According to Press TV, the mass grave is believed to contain the remains of more than 120 Izadis, executed by the Takfiri terrorists. It’s located in the ancient village of Qani, on the outskirts of Sinjar.
According to the town’s mayor, the site was booby-trapped with over 170 explosive devices.
This is the sixth mass grave discovered in or near Sinjar since it was recaptured from ISIL earlier this month.
The terrorists occupied the town in August 2014. They’ve systematically killed, raped, and enslaved hundreds of members of the Izadi minority.
