The military officials confirmed that Ajnad al-Sham’s offensive was repelled by the Syrian soldiers in Ma’an.
“The army soldiers carried out an eye-catching reaction to the militants’ operations and killed tens of them in their counter-assault,” they further added.
The sources went on to say that the militant groups have not had any successful operations against the government’s positions in Hama in the recent weeks.
“The militant groups are not united any more. They are week and vulnerable,” the officials underscored.
Earlier reports said that the Syrian and Russian air raids destroyed terrorists’ command posts in Hama province and left dozens of Takfiris dead on Sunday.
The Syrian and Russian warplanes bombed and destroyed two command posts in the towns of Kafr Zita and al-Lataminah in Hama, a military source said.
At least 27 terrorists were killed in the air attacks, the source added.
