Syria: Army Pounding Terrorist Centers across Aleppo Province
The ISIL concentration centers near the Northeastern town of Tadif came under offensives of the Syrian soldiers and the National Defense Forces, which left several terrorists dead and some more wounded.
The Syrian government forces also engaged in fierce clashes with the militant groups near al-Klariyeh and Harash Khan Touman, while the army’s artillery units shelled the same positions, ending in major losses on the Takfiri terrorists and cutting of their supplying lines.
A tank of the militant groups was destroyed by the guided missile of the popular forces of the towns of al-Nubl and al-Zahra in the Northern part of Aleppo province.
The tank war targeted on a road connecting the villages of Mayer and Kfen.
Earlier reports said that the Syrian army engaged in heavy clashes with the militant groups in at least five neighborhoods of the Northern city of Aleppo and inflicted major losses on the terrorists.
“The militant groups’ strongholds in the neighborhoods of al-Lairamoun, Bustan al-Basha, the Old City, al-Jaberiyeh and al-Sheikh Saeed came under attacks of the Syrian army, which not only left tens of the militants killed or wounded but destroyed their military hardware,” the army said.
“Scores of the militants were also killed or wounded in the army’s offensive near the village of al-Mansoura in the Western countryside of Aleppo city,” the army added.
