Breaking: Syrian Army, Iranian reinforcements pour into southern Aleppo
Several hundred soldiers from the Syrian Arab Army’s 4th Mechanized Division and Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) poured into the southern Aleppo front to help launch the Khan Touman counter-offensive against the terrorists.
According to a military source at the city of Al-Safira, the IRGC and Syrian Arab Army soldiers are additional troops that will help reinforce this front and drive back the terrorists from Jabhat Al-Nusra (Syrian Al-Qaeda group), Harakat Ahrar Al-Sham, and Jund Al-Aqsa (Syrian Al-Qaeda group). Zero hour has approached for the Syrian Armed Forces and their allies, as they prepare to launch the counter-offensive in southern Aleppo.
With the additional reinforcements, the pro-government forces are now made-up of soldiers from the IRGC, Syrian Army’s 4th Division, National Defense Forces (NDF), Hezbollah, Harakat Al-Nujaba, Badr Brigades, Liwaa Al-Quds, and Liwaa Al-Fatemiyyoun.
