Syria in Last 24 Hours: Jeish Al-Fatah Terrorists Sustain Heavy Losses in Army Offensive in Aleppo Province

The Syrian army attacked the terrorists’ gathering centers in Aleppo province, and inflicted heavy losses on the militants over the past 24 hours.

The Syrian army killed and wounded scores of Jeish al-Fatah terrorists in Aleppo province.

The Syrian army also inflicted heavy losses on the terrorist groups in other key regions across Syria.


Syrian Army soldiers and their Palestinian allies continued to beat Jeish al-Fatah back from more lands in the Eastern side of the Handarat Refugees Camp, inflicting several casualties on the militants.

Syrian soldiers and Liwa al-Quds forces advanced significantly against Jeish al-Fatah in Oweijeh towards al-Bakarah region.

Jeish al-Fatah suffered a heavy death toll and its military hardware sustained major damage in the attacks.

Reports said earlier on Monday that Syrian government forces stormed the positions of Jeish al-Fatah in the Northern outskirts of Aleppo city and pushed them back from more farms in the region.

Syrian military forces, following hours of non-stop battle, inflicted major casualties on Jeish al-Fatah militants, and pushed them back from 16 more farms in Southwestern side of the Handarat Palestinian Refugees Camp in Northern Aleppo.

In the meantime, the Syrian army seized full control over al-Kandi hospital and fortified its positions in this strategic region.

The government forces launched mop-up operation in areas surrounding al-Kandi hospital and are chasing the fleeting terrorists.


Russian and Syrian fighter jets bombed terrorist groups’ strongholds in six different regions, forcing the militants back behind their ruined positions.

Terrorists’ gatherings in Atshan, Um Harthin, Morek, al-Latamina and Kafr Zita were badly bombed by the Syrian and Russian jets.

The Russian fighter jets further carried out combat sorties over Jeish al-Ezzah terrorists’ positions in al-Latamina mountain, claiming the lives of several militants.

The Syrian warplanes targeted Jeish al-Fatah’s bases in Ma’ardes, Qebeibat, Abu al-Hoda, al-Noqreh al-Beidha, Morek, Khefsein, Zohrat al-Sawda and al-Naseriyeh hills.

The Syrian Army troops, for their part, fired tens of missiles at the supply routes of Ahrar al-Sham, Jund al-Aqsa and Jeish al-Nasr near Ma’arkabat, Kafr Zeita and al-Azwar, killing scores of militants and destroying their vehicles loaded with arms and ammunition.

Reports said earlier on Monday that four field commanders of Jund al-Aqsa were killed in joint strikes of the Syrian and Russian forces in Northern Hama.

Abdul Karim Abu Abdu al-Ma’arati, Mohammad al-Khatib nom de guerre Abu Hazifeh, Ans al-Ahamad nom de guerre Abu Heidar, and Mohammad Ahmad al-Abd were killed in Morek in the offensives of the army ground troops, backed up by the Syrian and Russian fighter jets.

At least 26 terrorists were killed and 10 more were wounded in army attacks on Jund al-Aqsa militants in Ma’an, Souran and Taybat al-Imam in Northern Hama.

Deir Ezzur

Local sources in Deir Ezzur said that the US airstrikes have destroyed more bridges and supply routes in the province, adding that 50 civilians were killed in the attacks. “50 civilians, including women and children, were killed in the US-led coalition airstrikes on Deir Ezzur,” the sources said on Monday.

Noting that the US airstrikes have pounded 7 bridges in the past four days, they said that the bridges on the Euphrates in al-Mayadeen, al-Bu Kamal, al-Ashara, al-Basira, al-Tarif and al-Nowam in the Eastern and Western countryside of Deir Ezzur were attacked before the airstrike on al-Abbas bridge.


Syrian military forces engaged in heavy fighting with Fatah al-Sham Front (the newly-formed al-Qaeda-affiliated terrorist group previously known as the al-Nusra Front) in Dara’a districts and in the Western outskirts of the city.

Fatah al-Sham’s gatherings in al-Yadoudeh five kilometers to the West of Dara’a city came under heavy fire by the Syrian army troops, ending in the destruction of a number of militant vehicles.

In the meantime, Syrian army soldiers raided Fatah al-Sham’s concentration centers at al-Saad crossroad in Dara’a al-Mahatta district and destroyed a number of motorcycles and vehicles of Fatah al-Sham.

Fatah al-Sham’s positions also were attacked by the Syrian soldiers in Dara’a al-Balad.


Syrian Army troops, backed up by the country’s fighter jets, continued to hit hard Jeish al-Islam’s positions in Eastern Ghouta, claiming the lives of scores of militants.

Syrian army soldiers stormed Jeish al-Islam’s lines of defense near the militant-stronghold town of Douma, inflicting major losses and casualties on the terrorists.

The Syrian fighter jets, for their part, struck Jeish al-Islam’s positions near Douma, Jobar, al-Reihan farms, town of al-Reihan, Arbin, al-Mid’ani region and a region between Ein Terma and Kafr Batna, killing or wounding scores of militants.


Syrian Army troops hit hard ISIL’s centers in Eastern Homs and positions of Fatah al-Sham Front (the newly-formed al-Qaeda-affiliated terrorist group previously known as the al-Nusra Front) in the Northern territories of the province, inflicting major losses and heavy casualties on the militants.

Syrian government forces struck heavily Fatah al-Sham’s gatherings in Jorat Hasyan, al-Za’afaraniyeh, Ezzedeen, Talbiseh, Abu Safa towards Jabourin, Um Sharshouh and the village of Tal Zahab, claiming the lives of scores of militants.
