Top Commander Reveals Iranian Technology of Missiles Fired by Hezbollah at occupation regime during 33-Day War
“Iran established the missile industry for Syria in Aleppo in the past years and produced missiles and they were used during the 33-day war against Israel,” General Baqeri said, addressing a ceremony in Tehran to commemorate the martyrs who were killed in a blast at the IRGC base on November 12, 2011, including General Hassan Tehrani Moqaddam who was in charge of the IRGC’s Arms and Military Equipment Self-Sufficiency Program.
Stressing that Iran continues to help the oppressed nations against the terrorists and the world arrogance powers, he said that the country’s assistance to Hezbollah in the missile field and other arenas are also in line with the same policy.
In relevant remarks in February 2015, Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Aerospace Force Brigadier General Amir Ali Hajizadeh underlined Iran’s high missile capabilities, and said Tehran has provided Syria, Iraq, Palestine and the Lebanese Hezbollah resistance group with the needed know-how to produce missiles.
“The IRGC’s Aerospace Force has developed to a stage in the field of missile industries that it can mass-produce different types of short- and mid-range missiles,” Hajizadeh said in Tehran.
“The Islamic Republic of Iran has helped Iraq, Syria, Palestine and the Lebanese Hezbollah by exporting the technology that it has for the production of missiles and other equipment, and they can now stand against the Zionist regime, the ISIL and other Takfiri groups and cripple them,” he added.
