Hezbollah Won’t Withdraw Troops from Syria, Ready to Fight ‘Israel’
Hezbollah Deputy Secretary General Sheikh Naim Qassem that all bets on stirring disputes among Iran, Hezbollah, Syria and Russia have failed, adding the Turkish statements about the Resistance withdrawal from Syria aims only at reassuring the militant groups.
“Hezbollah will not withdraw troops from the Syria, yet the party is not part of the political solution there,” Sheikh Qassem stressed.
His eminence pointed out that Hezbollah is ready to fight the Israeli army, adding that the party is not concerned with reassuring the Zionist entity.
Domestically, Sheikh Qassem reiterated Hezbollah stance which supports an electoral law based on full proportionality, stressing that the foreign influence on Lebanon has diminished.
