Dara’a: Terrorists Hit Residential Areas, Syrian Army Carries out Retaliatory Attack
The terrorist groups deployed in Eastern Dara’a carried out mortar attacks on residential areas in the village of Bared in Southwestern Sweida, injuring a child.
The army’s missile units in a retaliatory move targeted terrorists’ positions in the town of al-Mazirib in Western Dara’a.
Reports said earlier today that a senior field commander of Al-Nusra Front (recently renamed to Fatah al-Sham Front) was killed in clashes with Syrian Army troops in the Southern districts of the city of Dara’a.
The army soldiers stormed Al-Nusra’s positions and gatherings in Dara’a al-Balad district, killing and wounding a number of terrorists, including Mohammad al-Faraj, a field commander of Al-Nusra from Saudi Arabia.
