Hamas condemns deadly strike by Israeli jets on Syrian Army Positions
Hamas representative in Lebanon, Ali Baraka, strongly condemned the deadly raids launched by Israeli warplanes in Syria, killing two Syrain Army soldiers and causing heavy material damage in the military base.
“We condemn, in the strongest terms, the Israeli airstrikes carried out at dawn in Syria. Any Israeli aggression on an Arab or Islamic country is just unacceptable,” said Baraka.
Israeli fighter jets at dawn Thursday struck a military facility in western Syria, killing two soldiers.
The army statement said the airstrike, carried out from a Lebanese airspace, caused material damage near the town of Masyaf, in Hama’s western outskirts, and warned against the “dangerous repercussions of this aggressive action to the security and stability of the region”.
