Syrian Army Regains Control Over Two Villages in Aleppo Countryside
Units of the Syrian Arab Army, in cooperation with the allied forces, conducted on Wednesday special operations against gatherings for al-Nusra Front terrorist organization in Aleppo’s southeastern countryside, regaining control over the villages of Mazraa and Azeizet Abeisan southwest of Khanasser town.
SANA’s reporter said that the operations ended with killing and injuring a number of al-Nusra terrorists, while the remaining terrorists fled to the neighboring villages, and army units are still pursing them and dismantling IDEs and mines planted by the terrorists in the streets, main squares, and houses.
Authorities foil two terrorist attacks in Homs city
Authorities thwarted two attacks by two suicide bombers in the city of Homs on Wednesday.
SANA’s reporter said that the military intelligence was able to foil two attempts by two terrorist bombers wearing explosive belts in Homs.
He added that the first terrorist was intercepted near the building of Al-Baath Arab Socialist Party branch, while the second terrorist was intercepted near the Cultural Center in the western part of Homs.
