Syrian Army kills high ranking jihadist commander in northeast Hama
The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) killed another high ranking jihadist commander during their operations inside the northeastern countryside of the Hama Governorate this week.
According to a military report, the Syrian Army’s Republican Guard killed the Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham official – “Abu Amnah” – after ambushing him and several of his associates along the Hama-Aleppo axis.
Abu Amnah’s associates were also killed in the ambush in northeast Hama on Thursday.
The Syrian Arab Army has been advancing inside northeast Hama for several weeks now, as they look to close-in on the Idlib Governorate’s provincial border.
