Syrian Army recovers after disastrous attack to capture new town in southeast Aleppo
The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) suffered heavy losses in the southeastern countryside of Aleppo, yesterday, after attempting to capture the town of Al-Ramleh from the jihadist rebels of Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham.
However, the Syrian Arab Army made sure not to make the same mistakes, today, by storming the town of Al-Hawarin, which was also held by the Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham terrorist group.
According to a military report from the nearby Hama Governorate, the Syrian Arab Army was able to capture Al-Hawarin in southeast Aleppo after a fierce battle with the jihadist rebels this morning.
With Al-Hawarin captured, the Syrian Arab Army has moved even closer to the Abu Dhuhour Military Airport, which is located in Idlib’s eastern countryside.
