Tens of Terrorists Killed in Clashes with Syrian Army in Deir Ezzur
The army men fought back ISIL terrorists in the villages of Qaribeh and al-Kashmah South of the town of al-Mayadeen.
Also, the army’s artillery and missile units and aircraft pounded ISIL’s positions and movements in Qaribeh and al-Kashmah.
A field sources confirmed that over 25 terrorists were killed and their military hardware was damaged in the field attack.
Relevant reports said in late December that the army troops hit ISIL’s strongholds in Southeastern Deir Ezzur and imposed control over more regions near the town of Albu Kamal.
The army men stormed ISIL’s positions in Albu Kamal’s countryside near the border with Iraq and managed to capture the region on the bank of Euphrates River.
A number of ISIL terrorists were killed and their weapons and equipment were destroyed in the clashes.
