Syrian Cabinet Approves Recommendations of Reforming the General Administration

The Syrian Cabinet on Tuesday discussed the report provided by the committee on reforming and developing the general administration.

In its weekly session chaired the Prime Minister Adel Safar, the Cabinet decided the followings:

– Approving the recommendations provided by the committee concerning steps and measures that should be taken in this regards.

– Approving, in principle, establishing infrastructures to lead the reform process in the fields of supervision, fighting corruption, e-government and administrative reform.

– Forming a committee from the Ministries of Communication, Local Administration, Tourism, Social Affairs, and the Secretary-General of the Cabinet to supervise the process of the administrative reform.
