160 Persons in Damascus Countryside and Lattakia Hand Themselves and Their Weapons in to Authorities

One hundred and sixty men from different areas in Damascus Countryside and Lattakia countryside handed themselves in to the authorities along with their weapons to return to their normal life, an official source told SANA.

The source said that those who turned themselves in vowed not to take up arms again or return to the sabotage acts or do anything that could harm the security and safety of the homeland.

The gunmen included seventy five persons from the city of Harasta and six from Zabdin town in al-Mleiheh and 54 persons from al-Jibah village in Damascus Countryside and twenty five others from al-Hafeh village in Lattakia.
