19-year-old one-legged youth sentenced to 3 years in Israeli jail

Zionist Israel’s bandit military court on Sunday issued a prison sentence of three years and a half against the Palestinian detainee Jalal Sharawna, aged 19.

Bandit court ruled that Sharawna, from al-Khalil’s town of Dura, be jailed for three years and a half and pay a bail of up to 2,000 shekels.

According to the Prisoners’ and Ex-Prisoners’ Commission, Sharawna had one of his legs amputated due to injuries inflicted by the Israeli occupation forces prior to his arrest on October 9, 2015, when he was 17 years old.
