4.8-quake hits southern Russia

A moderate 4.8-magnitude earthquake has shaken southern Russia near the city of Anapa, RIA reports citing the Geophysical Service of the Russian Academy of Science. There have been no reports of damage or casualties. The quake did not affect the construction sites in nearby Sochi, the host city of the upcoming 2014 Winter Olympics.
