A village in Hama controlled… large-scale operations conducted in Damascus countryside

Syrian Arab Army units seized full control on the village of al-Mufakker in Hama countryside after it conducted a qualitative operation in the very village, which led to the killing and wounding of scores of gunmen.

Breaking News Network correspondent reported that units of the armed forces targeted “Free Army” militia’s gatherings in the eastern Ghouta, killing and injuring many, as it continued its operations in Barzeh and al-Qaboun neighborhoods.

Our reporter added that an army unit targeted gunmen’s gathering near the Gas Filling Unit in Adra al-Balad, Houssam al-Tahan was identified among the dead, in addition to one of the snipers. In the meantime, army units clashed with armed groups in the vicinity of al-Manashir roundabout in Jobar district claiming the death of many gunmen.

In the surrounding farms of al-Mleiha town, army units pursued an armed group and killed most of its members, including Mohamed Shaqra; meanwhile, another unit also implemented a qualitative operation against the militant-headquarters in the town of al-Sbeneh and killed all its members, including Abdul Raouf al-Qtaish.

Units of Syrian Arab Army repelled the members of an armed group of “Liwa al-Islam”, who attempted to attack an army checkpoint in al-Husseiniya town, killing and wounding all of them.
