Abu Zuhri: PA security shares responsibility for IOF arrest of Shalalde

Dr. Sami Abu Zuhri, a Hamas spokesman, has accused the PA security agencies in the West Bank of involvement in the Israeli detention of Taha Shalalde.

Abu Zuhri said in a press release on Wednesday that Shalalde was released from PA custody only two days earlier.

He recalled that the PA security apparatuses and the IOA have changed roles in the detention of Shalalde, a Hamas cadre in Saeer village in Al-Khalil.

The spokesman asked the PA in Ramallah to check the continued arrests in line of Hamas supporters and cadres in the West Bank so as not to impede the reconciliation process.

Shalalde, according to a Hamas statement, was detained by the IOF and the PA for seven times since January 2008.
