Al Qassam Brigades mourn the death of Khalid Kaware’

Gaza- Ezzedeen Al Qassam Brigades (EQB) the military wing of the Islamic resistance movement Hamas mourned on Friday 16/9 the death of a Qassam fighter who was wounded during the war on Gaza in 2008-2009.

The brigades announced that he has died on Friday morning as a result of his injuries.

Al Qassam Brigades said that Khalid Sulaiman Kaware’, from Khan Younis city in the southern Gaza Strip is one of its military wing members, the Brigades said that he was badly wounded when an Israeli occupation drone targeted him directly on 9 January 2009 on the Moraj road to the south of Khan Younis.

The Brigades added that Kaware’ lost both his legs in the attack and received shrapnel wounds all over his body. He was in coma most of the time and was dependent on life support equipment, until he died Friday morning.
