Ammoura: Syrians’ Awareness and National Unity Exposed Hostile Project

Assistant Foreign and Expatriates Minister Abdel Fattah Ammoura said that the Syrian people exposed the dimensions of the US-Zionist project targeting Syria, thanks to their awareness and national unity.

During his meeting on Saturday with a delegation of the Syrian community in Sweden, Ammoura said that the project has failed in obliterating the cultural heritage of Syria as the developments has proved correct the Syrian stance concerning the attempts of promoting US and Western policies.

Ammoura reviewed the dimensions of the conspiracy against Syria and means of overcoming it through reforms and the restoration of security and stability to the country.

For their part, members of the delegation expressed standing by their motherland in confronting the instigative media campaigns and support to the comprehensive reform program which has reflected positively on the Syrians.

In a statement to SANA, Head of the delegation Sabri Ayyoub said that the visit is aimed at expressing support for reforms and dialogue to get Syria out of the crisis.

He indicated that the meetings the delegation held further encouraged its members to convey Syria’s message and the reality of the events taking place to their fellow expatriates.
