Ansarullah Leader Declares Iran’s Commitment to Supporting Palestine as Islamic Duty

The head of Yemen's Ansarullah resistance movement has praised Iran for its steadfast support of the Palestinian people and their rightful cause, emphasizing that the Islamic Republic is pursuing a commendable route in this matter. He urged all other Muslim nations to emulate Iran's approach.

Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, during a televised address from Sana’a, Yemen, emphasized Iran’s commendable Islamic approach in backing the Palestinian cause and supporting resistance fighters, asserting that this should be the course of action for every Muslim nation.

Houthi praised Iran’s approach, highlighting it as an admirable Islamic position in support of the Palestinian cause. He noted that the Islamic Republic has demonstrated its commitment to its Islamic responsibilities by assisting Palestine.

The leader of Ansarullah criticized Arab nations for not establishing an effective stance on the Palestinian matter, remarking that their official approach lacks a decisive and concrete strategy to genuinely back the significant cause.

He stated that the absence of Arab unity has adversely impacted the Palestinian cause on the global stage, where Arab governments merely propose the degrading notion of surrender and concessions.

Houthi emphasized the necessity for a thorough reassessment of the Muslim world’s strategies and stances to address Zionist aggression and bolster support for the Palestinian people.

Houthi asserted that Hezbollah fighters, through their determination, resilience, and sacrifices, succeeded in expelling Israeli forces from southern Lebanon and delivering significant defeats to them.

Houthi referenced the Nakba, also known as the Catastrophe, which refers to the events of 1948 marked by the mass displacement of Palestinians.

He stated that one of the significant takeaways from the 1948 Nakba is that the Zionist entity’s aggressive and criminal nature has remained unchanged for the past 77 years. He further emphasized that, throughout these years, the global stance, particularly from Western nations, has consistently been one of full support for the Zionist regime.

Houthi has asserted that Western nations, through their backing of the Zionist regime, have betrayed the veracity of their proclaimed human rights rhetoric, often used to mislead the public.

The leader of Ansarullah highlighted the ongoing atrocities by Israeli forces in the Gaza Strip, noting, “The Zionist regime obliterated entire families in the region this week.”

The Houthi faction has declared that the Israeli adversary, described as savage and criminal, is buoyed by support from the United States and its Western allies. The group highlighted that over 1,200 individuals have been either killed or injured in Israeli assaults on the Gaza Strip this week, with the majority being women and children.

The leader of Ansarullah has stated that the situation in Gaza is being witnessed internationally, with the term “genocide” being used to describe the ongoing events. The leader reported that since the renewal of hostilities by Israeli forces on March 18, the death toll in the Gaza Strip has exceeded 1,800 individuals. Additionally, more than 7,700 people have sustained injuries amid the intensified conflict.

He stated that the Tel Aviv regime continues to engage in assassinations and abductions within the West Bank. According to his remarks, these actions reveal the entity’s objective to assert full control over the occupied territory.

In a recent statement, Houthi criticized the Palestinian Authority for allegedly suppressing its own people and cooperating with what it termed the Zionist enemy. Houthi further attributed the persistent regional aggression by the Zionist enemy to the perceived lack of determination within Arab military forces.

The leader of Ansarullah has emphasized the halt in hostilities between Yemen and the United States, asserting that Sana’a will not engage in negotiations under conditions of humiliation or compromise its stance towards the U.S.

The American rejection of negotiations holds little significance for us. Our commitment to dialogue and peace remains steadfast, but not at the cost of capitulation.
