Arab regimes should feel abashed: Hamas

Hamas senior spokesman has said Arab regimes should feel abashed to be a bystander in siege and shelling of Gaza.
Sami Abu Zuhri, senior spokesman for Hamas told Alquds Alarabi that arms entry to Gaza was not a crime. “The arms are used in the line with Palestinian jihad against the occupier forces,” said Abu Zuhri, adding that no power in the world could prevent Hamas from acquiring arms and bringing it to Gaza.

“We acknowledge receiving and manufacturing weapons,” and “if Gaza falls, then it is Cairo’s turn, since Gazan security hinges upon Egyptian national security.”

“We do not deny receiving weapons, and will acquire it from wherever possible. It is a shame for Arab regimes to remain a bystander when Gaza is under siege and shelling by Israel,” he added.
