Army Units Confront Terrorists in Several Provinces, Destroy their Equipment

Units of the army have inflicted heavy losses on the armed terrorist groups through a series of operations against their gatherings in al-Shefounieh and al-Alya farms in the Estearn Ghota in Damascus Countryside.

An official source told SANA reporter that an army unit has carried out a qualitative operation to the east of al-Shefounieh Town which led to the death of the leaders of three armed groups who are Khero Saleh, Mohammad Hawwa and Abdul-Fattah Hawwa.

Terrorists Mohammad Sweidan, Mohammad Ja’ara and Fawzi Khbieh were also killed in the operation.

At the same time, the source indicated that units of the armed forces targeted the gathering of terrorists in Alya Town as a number of the terrorists were killed and others were injured and their vehicles were destroyed as well as a store of ammunition and weapons.

A military source said that the army units destroyed a vehicles’ convoy and killed scores of the terrorists riding in them in Yabroud in Damascus Countryside, adding that the army also destroyed a weapons’ warehouse and a terrorists’ gathering in the area.

Earlier, Yabroud city witnessed several clashes among terrorist groups as dispute over distribution of money and stolen items erupted in the city, causing the death of scores of the terrorists.

Army Units Eliminate Terrorists in Sayda Zainab, Hijira and Albahdalya Towns in Damascus Countryside

Army units eliminated scores of terrorists during a series of qualitative operations in al-Sayda Zainab, Hijira and Albahdalya towns in Damascus countryside.

An official source told SANA reporter that a unit of the Armed Forces killed and wounded members of an armed terrorist group in Hijira town, including Mohammad Mandil, who is leader the group, while a car bomb went off in the town’s market and resulted in killing scores of terrorists as they did not manage to take the car to another place to detonate it with a remote control.

A unit of the Armed Forces destroyed a car equipped with heavy machinegun and eliminated the terrorists inside it in Albahdalya town.

Another unit of the Armed Forces confronted an armed terrorist group which attempted to attack locals of al-Sayda Zainab and eliminated scores of terrorists.

Citizen Martyred, Family Injured by Terrorist Shelling on al-Moadamyeh

Terrorists targeted a residential area in al-Moadamyeh in Damascus Countryside, causing the martyrdom of a citizen and the injury of three others.

An official source told SANA reporter that a mortar shell launched by terrorists from the nearby farms fell on a house, adding that the injured were admitted to a hospital.

A source at al-Mwasat Hospital said that one man, a father, passed away in the hospital, and his wife and two children are being treated.

Army Eliminates Terrorists in Talbiseh, Homs Countryside

An Army unit confronted a terrorist group which attempted to attack any army checkpoint in al-Mashjar al-Shamali neighborhood in the town of Talbiseh, Homs countryside, killing or injuring most of the terrorists while the rest of them fled.

Earlier on Sunday night, Army units destroyed a terrorist hideouts in the farms of al-Ghanto in Talbiseh countryside, killing and injuring all its members.

Terrorists Fire Mortar Shells at al-Qaboun Neighborhood, Girl Wounded

Terrorists fired mortar shells at the residential neighborhood al-Qaboun causing causalities and material damages to the citizens’ houses.

A source in Damascus police command told SANA that one of the shells led to the injury of a child ,while another shell fell on at the bullmen station causing material damage in the offices of private transport company.

The source added that other two shells fell on near Abo Aubida al-Jarah mosque with no injuries.

Armed Forces Eliminate Terrorists in Idleb Countryside

Armed Forces units inflicted heavy losses upon terrorists in a series of special operations carried out in Idleb countryside.

An Armed Forces unit carried out an operation in Sheikh Hussein farm in Jisr al-Shughour countryside, injuring a number of terrorists and eliminating others including a terrorist group leader known as Abu Salah al-Hariri.

A number of terrorists were wounded and others were killed when they attempted to attack Army checkpoints in towns and villages of Ras al-Maqta’a, Mu’taram, Nahleh and al-Rami, and a large gathering of terrorists was destroyed in the village of al-Maghar in Jabal al-Zawiye area.

The Armed Forces also eliminated a number of terrorist vehicles along with the weapons and munitions insiude them in the villages of al-Shagher, al-Jamileh, Ein al-Sawda, Maartamsrin, Taftanaz, Sermin and Bannesh.

Earlier on Sunday night, an Armed Forces unit and the locals of the village of al-Madmumeh confronted a terrorist group calling itself “Liwa’a Suqour al-Cham,” killing a number of them, arresting others, and confiscating their weapons and car equipped with a machinegun.

Army Units Target the Terrorists’ Gatherings in Idleb Countryside

Units of the Armed Forces targeted the terrorists’ gatherings in Idleb countryside, inflicting heavy losses upon them.

A source in the province told SANA reporter that the Army units carried out operations against the armed terrorist groups in the central prison area and Kafer Rohen, Kafer Jales, al-Dana, Zardana, Bylun, Hazano and Saraqib towns, killing and injuring scores of them.

The source clarified that the Army units inflicted heavy losses upon the terrorists in Om Gren Tall Salmo villages and the farms around it, inflicting heavy losses upon the terrorists in addition to pursuing terrorists in Ma’art al-Nouman , al-Dayf valley and al-Hamidea.

Army Units and Locals Clean Up Several Neighborhoods in Old City in Aleppo

In cooperation with locals, Army units carried out a campaign to clean up several of the neighborhoods in the Old City in Aleppo while other units continue to purse terrorists elsewhere in the city.

A large number of locals and soldiers participated in this campaign to clean up the neighborhoods of al-Zahrawi, al-Swaiqa and al-Jrabat neighborhoods.

A number of locals who participated in the cleaning campaign affirmed their support for the Army in its efforts to confront terrorists, lauding the sacrifices of the Armed Forces for the sake of restoring security and stability and preserving Syria’s unity and sovereignty.

On a relevant note, an Army unit continued pursuing terrorists in al-Sejn neighborhood in the Old City, killing a number of them and injuring others.

Army Units Eliminate Terrorists in Aleppo and its Countryside

Units of the Armed Forces carried out operations against the terrorists’ gatherings in aleppo and its countryside, destroying a number of their cars along with weapons and ammunition inside them.

An official source told SANA that the Army units destroyed 4 cars, two of them equipped with heavy machineguns along with the weapons and ammunition inside them in Khan al-Assal in Aleppo countryside.

The source added that other Army units and law enforcement Forces foiled yesterday an attempt of the armed terrorist groups to attack the police academy in Khan al-Assal in Aleppo countryside, inflicting heavy loses upon them, in addition to destroying 4 armored cars and 3 cars equipped with heavy machineguns and rocket launcher.

Meanwhile, an Army unit killed and injured terrorists in Haylan area, destroying a pad to launch mortar shells which was used by the terrorists to attack the citizens.

In the same context, an Army unit destroyed a truck along with the weapons, ammunition and the terrorists inside it.

Army Units Carry out Operations Against Terrorists in Aleppo and its Countryside

Units of the Armed Forces carried out operations against terrorists, destroying their dens and gatherings along with weapons and ammunition inside them.

An official source told SANA that an Army unit destroyed cars loaded with weapons and ammunition, in addition to destroy several terrorists’ dens in Kafer Naha, Minbij and Ming.

The source added that other Army units killed and injured terrorists who were perpetrating acts of terrorism in Rasim al-Aboud and al-Sfera.

In Aleppo city, Army units continued pursuing the terrorists in Kadi Askar, al-Ma’srania and al-Jazmati, inflicting heavy losses upon the terrorists.
