Ayatollah Hamedani: Islamic system bothers US

Grand Ayatollah Hossein Nouri-Hamedani said on Monday that Islamic system of Iran bothers the United States, which is opposed to the progress and advancement of Iran.

‘The West has always been confronting the Islamic system and seeking pretexts, as in cases of various scenes, including the imposed Iraqi war, in which it has always stood in the opposite front against the Iranian nation,’ he said in a meeting with a group of police officers.

Ayatollah Nouri-Hamedali said that the late founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Imam Khomeini, with his Islamic Revolution dismantled the plots hatched by the aliens and disturbed their plans, ridding Iran of dependence and of yielding to the western hegemony.

‘Military power is of great significance in preservation of power and stability of the Islamic system and thanks to love of martyrdom among our dear youth, there is no fear for preserving the territorial integrity and national sovereignty,’ he said.
