Basij Scout maneuver in Southern Iran for military preparedness

Exercises of 20,000 members of the Ashoura and Al-Zahra Battalions in Khuzestan, one of the southern Iranian provinces, were launched with the objective of juvenile Basij members’ preparedness.
Basij is the largest public organization which played a great role in the Iranian victory over Saddam’s imposed war; although the Iraqi dictator was backed by many Western countries, especially the US.
