Bolivian President Blames US for Global Instability

Bolivian President Evo Morales blasted the West’s double-standard policies on different international conflicts, and took Washington responsible for aggravated instability in the world.
“The US is the main element of instability in the world which pursues its goals through using military, political and economic tools,” Morales said in a meeting with Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Bahrouz Kamalvandi in La Paz on Friday.

Lambasting the western countries’ double-standard policies on international issues and conflicts, he said, “The imperialist states misuse the campaign against terrorism to justify their crimes which are often accompanied by the massacre of the people and (at the same time) they accuse democratic countries of dictatorship.”

Morales had earlier in a meeting with Iranian Minister of Industries and Mines Ali Akbar Mehrabian underlined the necessity for cooperation among Iran, Bolivia and Venezuela to end the unilateralism era.

World people are now suffering from unilateral policies of big powers which have saturated international markets with their products, Morales said in August, adding that Iran, Venezuela and Bolivia can jointly cooperate in putting an end to such unilateralism worldwide.

Iran, Venezuela and Bolivia should share their expertise and experiences as well as expert workforce to make use of existing natural resources and help improve the standard of life of their nations, he said.

Morales also highlighted global developments and said superpowers exploit natural resources as well as row materials of other countries at the lowest price and sell new products to the same countries several times higher than the original price.

The Islamic Republic of Iran is the most revolutionary country in the world which is unique in its kind, he said, calling for making use of Iran’s invaluable experiences in industrial sector.
