Christian leaders confront Israel in Jerusalem

Christian leaders shut Holy Sepulchre church indefinitely to fight back against Israel’s new measures seeking “to weaken the Christian presence in Jerusalem”. The move comes after Jerusalem municipality ordered seizure of Church assets, properties and bank accounts. The latest confrontation is seen as the most serious conflict between the churches and Israeli regime in decades.
