Ayatollah Movahhedi Kermani led this week’s rituals of Tehran Friday Prayers (on June 10) at the temporary venue of the event, at the campus of University of Tehran.

“Today, US, its western allies, and Al-Saud are the major enemies of Islamic Iran,” said Ayatollah Mohammad Ali Movahhedi Kermani, the interim leader of Tehran Friday Prayers, at the lectern of the event on June 10 at the campus of University of Tehran in the center of the city.

The grand cleric made the remark while preaching the second sermon of the prayers after urging the worshippers to be watchful of the foreign enemies.

“It is up to us to identify our foreign enemies, their plots, and conspiracies, act in correspondence with those plots the same way we are responsible to counter our internal enemies which are Satan and desires,” contended the Grand Ayatollah.

He underlined that “the Islamic Revolution has been entrusted to Iranians, and a revolution which freed the country, belittled the arrogant powers, and honored Muslims, is in danger of ignorance and injustice.”

“It is up to all authorities of the country, especially the heads of the three branches of Iran’s political system, to endeavor for solving the national problems, and propelling the economy of Iran,” underlined Ayatollah Movahhedi Kermani, adding that realizing the Resistance Economy would lead to the solution of unemployment and recession.

The grand cleric called for initiative in fighting problems like inflation, bureaucratic and financial corruption, smuggling of goods, as well as in the religious etiquette of the society, and the issues of the youth.

He also called all the people and officials of the country to be harmonious and not let any void of division for the malevolent enemies of the country.
