Collapse of Regional Dictators Weakens zionist Regime

The domino-like collapse of dictators in the region and the uprisings of the regional people have weakened the satanic zionist regime, Iranian Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani reiterated.

“The ongoing regional Islamic Awakening has weakened the zionist regime’s position and any kind of negotiation with this occupier regime is a big mistake; resistance is the only way for Palestinians to enjoy their rights; Islamic Republic’s support for the freedom of Palestine is for good,” Larijani said in a meeting with visiting Secretary-General of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement Ramadan Abdullah.

Hegemonic powers must not be allowed to weaken regional resistance movement against the zionist occupation forces, he said on Wednesday.

Abdullah, for his part emphasized on continuation of fight for the freedom of the enite soil of Palestine’s occupied lands, adding that the resistance movement is against any plan which may undermine the freedom of the Palestinian territories.

“The ousted regional dictators, as the advocates of Tel-Aviv, were big obstacles in the way of the Palestinians’ victory; the ongoing revolutions in the Islamic world are big steps forward in the fight against occupation,” he underlined.

Since the start of 2011, the region has witnessed a growing wave of popular protests resulted from the people’s growing awareness and vigilance.

Tunisia saw the overthrow of Zine El Abidine Ben Ali in a popular revolution in January, which was soon followed by a revolution which toppled Hosni Mubarak in Egypt in February.

Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Yemen and Libya have since been the scene of protests against their totalitarian rulers, who have resorted to brutal crackdown on demonstrations to silence their critics.

While Libya celebrated the victory of its revolution after the death of the country’s dictator, Muammar Qaddafi, in October, uprisings continue in several other Muslim states.
