Commander Blasts UAE Official’s Anti-Iran Remarks

“The region has been entangled in the hands of a number of political dwarfs who have opted for crimes to prove themselves,” General Jazzayeri said on Monday.

“The ridiculous part of such remarks is their bragging against the powerful country of Islamic Iran from time to time,” he added.

General Jazzayeri underlined that while the divine spirits of human beings hate war, violence and unconventional weapons, some still seek to use these Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMDs) against others.

The UAE official’s proposal to the Persian Gulf Arab littoral states came as the Iranian officials have always called on them to cooperate with Tehran in fighting against the terrorist groups and establishment of security in the region.

In relevant remarks in July, Iranian Ambassador to Kuwait Alireza Enayati declared his country’s readiness to cooperate with the Arab countries of the Persian Gulf region in campaign against the ISIL Takfiri terrorist group.

“Iran is open to such cooperation with its regional neighbors against all Takfiri groups and their affiliates,” Enayati said.

The Iranian envoy reiterated that Tehran has always confronted the Takfiri terrorist groups and is aware of the dangers posed by them to the region and the world.

He pointed to Iran’s role in fighting the ISIL, and said, “Our military advisors are engaged in fighting the ISIL in Iraq and Syria.”

Enayati said that Iran has successfully thwarted Takfiri terrorists’ attempts against targets inside Iran as well.
