Daesh, Nusra Clashes in Yarmouk Intensify; Top Commander Killed

Palestinian Yarmouk Refugee Camp

A senior field commander of Nusra Front was killed by rival ISIL terrorists in the Palestinian Yarmouk Refugee Camp in the Southern countryside of Damascus.

Abu Omar al-Qashi, a notorious commander of the al-Qaeda-affiliated al-Nusra Front, was killed in intense infighting in Yarmouk camp.

Also on Monday, one of the senior field commanders of the ISIL (Islamic State, ISIS , IS or Daesh) terrorist group was killed in clashes with the al-Nusra Front in the Yarmouk Refugee Camp.

The ISIL accused al-Nusra Front of killing three of its fighters, including the groups’ commander in Yarmouk camp Abu Dawoud al-Yamani.

Al-Yamani was originally from the capital’s suburban region of Hujirah.
