An Iraqi citizen found the dead body of a Southeast Asian woman in ISIL dress upon arrival in his house in the city of Ramadi in Anbar province.

The female ISIL member resembled Southeast Asian women and she might have been one of the two dangerous snipers who had been killed by the Iraqi forces earlier this year.

In a relevant development in January, Iraqi Defense Ministry Spokesman Brigadier General Yahya Rasoul announced that two female ISIL terrorists with Thai nationalities had been killed in the Iraqi airstrikes in Doulab area located in the Western part of Ramadi city.

The Iraqi security forces have been conducting the operation to purge the Anbar province of ISIL militants, and the operation entered a different chapter after Iraqi Army and its allies started the military campaign to liberate the major city of Mosul from the ISIL control.

In late October, the Iraqi security forces captured nearly a dozen terrorists who were plotting to attack al-Ramadi in Western Iraq.

“A sum of 11 ISIL terrorists who were preparing to target al-Ramadi in order to disrupt security and stability of the center of Anbar province were captured by the Iraqi security forces,” Senior Iraqi Police Commander Ahmad al-Dulaimi said at the time.

Meantime, member of Anbar Provincial Council’s Security Committee Raje Barakat said that the Iraqi security forces raided the houses of suspected terrorists and the arrested militants admitted that they were plotting to attack al-Ramadi city.
