‘Defending Palestine shouldered by each Muslim

Head of Shia Seminaries in Sistan and Baluchistan province, Hojjatol Islam Val Moslemin Reza Imani Khah in an exclusive interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) highlighted the telling effect of Al-Qods day in solidifying Muslims and mobilizing support against the regime of Zionism, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

Hojjatol Islam Val Moslemin Imani Khah mentioned underscored that one of the fruits of praying in the holy month of Ramadan can be deemed in this day and in peoples’ all out participation in this important event.

The religious cleric underscored it is shouldered by Muslims from different denominations to side as a united body with Palestinian people against the regime of Zionism.

The apex of Muslims brotherhood and Islamic unity should be observed in defending Palestine,” said Hojjatol Islam Val Moslemin Reza Imani Khah adding that the slogan such as ‘Down with the Regime of Zionism’ lose their sleep over following their aims.

“We do not have a Shia and Sunni in Al-Qods day; on the contrary Muslims seem themselves as a part of this Islamic Ummah and consider defending Palestine as one of their main duties,” said the religious cleric.

He pointed to the telling role of AL-Qods day in the wave of Islamic Awakening and underscored all Muslims’ enemies try to divert this wave and attempt to downgrade the issue of Palestine and Al-Qods.

Head of Shia Seminaries in Sistan and Baluchistan province pointed to the dismal standoff in some Muslim countries and said the enemies of Muslims try to bring Muslims countries of Syria, Bahrain and Egypt reached to the point of no return thought orchestrating people to face off and cross sward with each other.

In August 1979, the late founder of the Islamic Republic Ayatollah Khomeini declared the last Friday of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan as International Quds Day, calling on Muslims across the world to mark the annual occasion by holding street rallies.

Millions of people around the world take to the streets on this day in a show of support for the people of Palestine, demanding an end to the Israeli occupation of Palestinian lands.
