Diplomatic dynamism would bring nothing for Palestine

Iran’s Parliament speaker has said investing hope on diplomatic maneuvering about Palestinian issue brings nothing to Palestine.
Mehr News quoted Ali Larijani the speaker of the Parliament in the open session on Sunday addressing the Parliament before the main session. Larijani congratulated the University Student Day, saying that “during the years of suppression in the Pahlavi era when all nationalist and religious movements were suppressed, the movement by the students against the US and despotism was a fresh start in domestic situation of repression and also a signal to the US that the coup d’état has turned battle against autocracy of the monarch into battle against the US despotism as well,” said the speaker.

“Today the history repeats itself. For decades the Zionist regime has dealt with the Palestinians with manner more violent than that of the Apartheid regime in South Africa; it not only imposes violence to Palestinians on daily basis, it also has mass-murdered them, and for more than 6 decades, Israel has rooted the Palestinians out of their mother land,” he added.

“Modern fascism has been evident in the face of the Zionist regime, and again we see that the West and the US feel themselves indebted to the Zionist regime and have supported it fully to replay the comedy with the same ridiculous masques of supporting human rights,” Larijani asserted.

“ Today the heroes of the battle against modern fascism is fighters in the front lines of Hezbollah, Hamas, and Islamic Jihad, with leaders such as Seyed Hassan Nasrollah, who has taught them that except through resistance, the west would not bring anything to Palestinians,” he said.
