Secretary of Iran’s Expediency Council (EC) Mohsen Rezayee announced on Friday that the country’s military advisors in Syria have collected evidence and documents showing Turkey’s involvement in purchase of oil from the ISIL Takfiri terrorists.

“Iranian military advisors in Syria have taken photos and filmed all the routes used by ISIL’s oil tankers to Turkey; these documents can be published,” Rezayee told reporters on Friday.

Asked about the Turkish officials’ denial of purchasing oil from the ISIL, he said, “If the Turkish government is not aware of ISIL’s oil sales in their country, we can provide it with such intelligence.”

Rezayee, meantime, vowed that some important news will soon be released on the destruction of ISIL Takfiri terrorists and their defeat.

In relevant remarks on Thursday, former Iraqi National Security Advisor and senior legislator Muwafaq al-Rubaie revealed that Turkey has gained $800mln of “stealing” the Iraqi oil and gas resources in 8 months in collaboration with the ISIL terrorist group.

“The smuggled Iraqi oil and gas are sold half its global price in Turkey’s market,” Rubaie said.

He said that Turkey has gained $800mln profit from “stealing and selling” Iraq’s oil and gas in the past 8 months.

Rubaie had warned late last month that Turkey allows the ISIL terrorist group to sell Iraqi and Syrian oil for just $20 a barrel.

In a statement posted on his Facebook page, he outlined Ankara’s four-pronged support for the ISIL, with the illegal oil trade topping the list.

“First and foremost, the Turks help the militants sell stolen Iraqi and Syrian oil for $20 a barrel, which is half the market price,” Rubaie  wrote.

Turkey in general, and Istanbul in particular, is also a place where ISIL commanders recruit local migrants and take them to Mosul in Iraq or Raqqa in Syria, he noted.

“Each month hundreds of radicals cross the Turkish border, while the local law enforcers pretend they just don’t see,” Rubaie wrote, adding that many wounded ISIL fighters were apparently undergoing treatment in Turkish hospitals.

Also, Russian Deputy Defense Minister Anatoly Antonov on Wednesday reiterated earlier remarks made by President Vladimir Putin about evidence that suggests Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his family continue to profit from oil deals made with the ISIL.

The Russian Defense Ministry during a briefing in Moscow on Wednesday provided satellite images that show the ISIL illegal oil smuggling through the Turkish-Syrian border.

The ministry also presented data on the infrastructure of the illegal oil trade.
