Enemy exaggerates differences among Iran politicians

Grand Ayatollah Hoseyn Nouri-Hamadani has met a group of members of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran (Majles) and stressed that the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution (Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei) has stressed that we should not create a tense political atmosphere in the country and also emphasized that when officials criticise each other, they should act in such a way that the enemies cannot not abuse and use it against us.

He added that the enemies are seeking to a great opportunity to show and pretend that there is a strong difference between Iranian officials. So, we must act in a way so that all realize that we are united and there is an atmosphere of calmness, reported Rasa.

He pointed to the importance of uniformity of prices across Iran, saying prices should not be different throughout the country. He offered his advice, saying each item that is produced must be priced by experts and that inspectors should seriously monitor the market situation and prevent prices from fluctuating.

Ayatollah Nouri-Hamadani added that banks and financial institutions should not hoard money and should invest the enormous wealth that exists in the country to aid in the advancement of manufacturing, agriculture and industry throughout Iran. “There are people with ample talents and capacities in Iran that if all of them are used, many of our problems will be solved,” he stated.

Ayatollah Nouri-Hamadani stressed that subsidies should be cut for those people for whom it is unnecessary people. “I was asked to give a legal edict (fatwa) regarding the subsidies, and I said that the money given in subsidies is the property of the treasury of the state, and its use is forbidden for those who do not need it, but unfortunately this edict has not been implemented.”
