Exclusive:UN final report: Chemical weapons used in Syria against civilians and soldiers repeatedly

U.N. inspectors revealed that Chemical weapons were probably used in five locations of seven alleged chemical weapon attacks in Syria.
The experts, led by Swedish professor Ake Sellstrom said in a final report that the chemical weapons have been used during the current conflict in Syria.
The report suggested that the victims of the chemical weapons’ attacks were both, civilians and soldiers, but it did not verify the direct relation among the alleged attacks, the victims and locations of these attacks.
