An explosion erupted at a chemical plant in Turkey’s north-western province of Kocaeli, the Sabah newspaper reported June 19.

The explosion caused a fire. There are no report of casualties.

Fire brigades and rescue units arrived at the scene.

The causes of the explosion are being investigating, and the work is underway to extinguish the fire
