First scenes from captured Saida in southern Daraa

The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) scored an important advance in southern Daraa, today, seizing the key town of Saida from the Free Syrian Army (FSA) and their allies.

Led by the elite Tiger Forces, the Syrian Army was able to overpower the Free Syrian Army troops inside of Saida, forcing them to withdraw from the town earlier today.

As a result of this advance, the Syrian Army is now one town away from the eastern districts of the provincial capital.

Furthermore, the Syrian Army is attempting to capture the town of Al-Taybah in a bid to reach the strategic Nassib Crossing into Jordan.
